In your Coinbase Commerce account, got to Settings -> Webhook subscriptions ->Add endpoint URL to be called will be https://ipn.YourDomain/ipn/coinbase/ Enable all events -> Save

In your account, got to Settings -> Api keys if one is not provided click on Create An Api key

Coinbase Webhook Shared Secret

In your account, got to Settings -> Webhook subscriptions -> Show shared secret
