Create a BitPay business account: https://www.bitpay.com/online-payments

REQUIRED FIELDS

Point of sales API token

Click on Your Merchant -> Setting -> Payment API key

Merchant ID

Click on Payment Tools-> API Tokens -> Add New Token

OTHER SETTINGS IN BitPay

Please enable Settlements, under Settings -> Settlements, if Settlements are not enable, it will not work.
